Design System & Frontend Lead at Grupo Hedima Corporate

Product Description:

Corporate Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning solutions provided to major global Automotive enterprises (e.g.,Audi,Volkswagen,Sköda) requiring high-volume brand personalization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems Architecture: Designing and implementing a multi-brand, modular Design System (Bootstrap-based) to handle mass customization.

  • Technical Execution: Developing UI components and brand skins using HTML/CSS/JS and ensuring technical viability of designs (Frontend).

  • Operational Management: Managing the entire operational process for adapting the LMS platform to new client branding requirements (Scalability).

Milestones:
  1. Core Milestone: Achieved 90% operational efficiency gain by reducing the time required for brand personalization (skin creation) from 40 hours to just 4 hours per client.

  2. Profitability: Significantly increased the profitability of the L&D unit by cutting production costs and enabling high-volume delivery.

  3. Client Acquisition: Enabled the acquisition and delivery for high-profile clients (e.g., BBVA, Vodafone, VW Group) by solving the multi-brand scalability problem.
