Quality & Research: Leading UX Research and Usability Testing for high-traffic web and mobile platforms.
Component Management: Maintaining and optimizing UI component libraries to ensure Quality Assurance (QA) and consistency across the site.
Conversion: Conducting data analysis and design iteration to drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on key user flows.
Milestones:
Core Milestone: Achieved external recognition when the Mobile UX was selected by Google as a 'best practice' (UX Playbook for Lead Gen).
