Design System Manager | Technical Product Lead at Globant
Key Responsibilities:
Systems & Strategy: Leading the Design System roadmap and component prioritization based on Technical Risk Management and business impact.
Governance & Automation: Implementing Design Systems Governance and advanced DesignOps workflows using Figma Make and Design Tokens.
Leadership & A11y: Acting as a Technical Product Manager to bridge Design/Engineering. Mentoring cross-functional teams on A11y (WCAG) standards and adoption.
Milestones:
Process Improvement: Successfully implemented DesignOps, accelerating component delivery for a key client by 25% and improving Dev Handoff efficiency.
Risk Mitigation: Led the A11y Audit and remediation strategy for a major platform, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risk.
Adoption: Drove a measurable increase in the internal Design System adoption rate across multiple business units.
